Purpose:

It acts as a bridge between academic rigour and lived experience, embedding research into both practice and public education.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the development of research strategy and priority areas in line with Sapien Health’s vision.

Design and guide ethical, evidence-informed studies on consciousness, integration, and wellbeing.

Purpose:

Oversee day-to-day management of platforms including TekMatix, CRM, website, and digital communications tools.

Purpose:

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee mental health support programs in alignment with ethical care standards.

Ensure services are trauma-informed, inclusive, and reflective of lived experience insight.

Collaborate with Peer Support, Integration, and Education Leads to deliver holistic and layered support models.

Recruit, train, and support peer mentors and lived experience volunteers.
